Service Description
We'll take our time with more props, explanations, and attention to variation in poses. In this nurturing, slow-flow yoga journey, we'll have a full hour retreat to include breath work, slow yoga sequences, guided meditation and extended guided, supportive savasana (resting pose). This class is beginner friendly, with options for all levels and options to extend, intensify, modify or shorten poses. We'll practice as we are, in the bodies we have, without judgment, and with props, to help us find the yoga we can do right now. Attention given to ways of reducing stress in yoga practice.

I certify that I am physically able to practice yoga and do hereby agree that Lotus & Lilies Wellness and/or Terrie L Hartman is not responsible or liable to me for any injury, accident or loss of personal property. I do hereby release Terrie L. Hartman and its’ employees and students from any claim or cause of action which may have occurred as a result of any medical problem known or unknown which I have knowledge presently or in the future. I verify no promises or guarantees, other than those written in this agreement were made to me by Lotus & Lilies Wellness and/or Terrie L. Hartman or its’ employees, contractor, and students. I agree to follow the instructional guidelines presented by Terrie L. Hartman. In addition, Terrie L. Hartman has informed me that any information obtained through questionnaire, conversation or practice will be treated as privileged and confidential information and will not be released without my consent, including my email address. I certify that I have read this agreement and agree to the terms herein.
