Morning Yoga
This morning, mid-week flow will have a different focus each month.
We will cultivate increased flexibility & strength, improve circulation and concentration as we reduce stress. Whether you attend every week or when you can, you will feel the benefits and energy of this practice as you incorporate this mid-week Hatha yoga practice.

Start your day in a great way! This Hatha practice incorporates meditation, breath-work, a warm up followed by energizing asanas to get the blood flowing in a deliberate way as one starts the day while connecting to the body, breath, and mind.

Restorative Yoga
Restore, Relax, Rest are keys to reducing stress and embracing the time to pause. The use of a variety of supported props, aromatherapy, pranayama, meditation, and an individualized session allows the body to tap into its parasympathetic nervous system.
