Workshop offerings include yoga and EFTworkshops (Stress Reduction for Teens, Flow & Restore, Embrace the Pause, Just Breathe, and Mindfulness and Movement in the Classroom, Emotional Freedom Technique coming later this Spring ), vision boards, journaling, and breathwork.

Private Lessons
Are you brand new to yoga? Did your doctor suggest practicing yoga? Are you intimated by a group setting? Or are group times not working into your schedule? A private lesson is just for you.
You will learn the basics on your own before you come to your first group class. Building on the foundations of yoga through pranyama (breath) and asanas (physical movements).
