Workshop offerings include yoga  and EFTworkshops (Stress Reduction for Teens, Flow & Restore, Embrace the Pause, Just Breathe, and Mindfulness and Movement in the Classroom, Emotional Freedom Technique coming later this Spring ), vision boards, journaling, and breathwork.

We can create a workshop to fit your needs.

Are you brand new to yoga? Did your doctor suggest practicing yoga? Are you intimated by a group setting?  Or are group times not working into your schedule?  A private lesson is just for you.

You will learn the basics on your own before you come to your first group class. Building on the foundations of yoga through pranyama (breath) and asanas (physical movements).

If you have a small group and would like to begin a consistent regimen of workouts, please reach out in order for us to help you reach your wellness goals.

Participation Waiver and Release I know that participating in yoga and/or AquaFit has potential medical risks. I should not participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. I assume all risks associated with this activity, including, but not limited to: strains, sprains and the effects of the weather. All such risks are known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of this participation, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators waive any and all claims I may have for damages against Lotus and Lilies Wellness - Terrie Hartman, and all instructors of the yoga class for any and all injuries suffered by me in connection with this class.
